Sorry, I was unclear. What I _meant_ to say was:

... people who want a windows gui diff/merge tool for SVN also want ...

TMerge is a gui, Windows-only tool, not a multi-platform cli tool. All I was
saying was that people who like Windows and gui would likely want a gui
interface to SVN as well.

These are lists for SVN/TSVN after all, so why would anyone not interested
in version control, and specifically SVN, be looking here for a general
purpose diff tool?
