[TSVN] keywords

Howdy,

TortoiseSVN is great! I'm a new user running 1.10. Is the ability to set
keywords in TortoiseSVN? I downloaded it and can't find it.

I want the gui for:
svn propset svn:keywords "Date Author" file.txt
