Using TortoiseSVN 1.0.8, build 1430 and Subversion 1.0.6.
Trying to make a tag, I get the following error:
>Commit failed (details follow):
>Out of date: '/tags/v362-10B/DSP0052/sources/monitor.c' in transaction '2u'
The latest revision of the file monitor.c did have a file date older than
the previous revision (copying files, entering previous releases into
In my working copy I then changed the date of monitor.c to be newer than the
prev. rev.
Same result.

svn copy svn://../trunk svn://../tags/v362-10B -m "tag test"

monitor.c with the older date than the last revision. And not when I try to

All the best
Sorry if I'am blind(folded) but I cannot find a known bug list and a coming
feature list. Where are they?
