It does happen in the english version too. But I've never been able to
reproduce this in debug mode. I just seen it happen on my machine once
or twice, but it goes away if you move your mouse over the menus again
(at least on my machine).

I guess you're using the RC1 build? In that build, the language settings
are broken, i.e. the languages aren't loaded at all.
