[TSVN] It translation - Draft

Hello!
This is a first draft of the italian translation. I've checked it, but
there's still some typing mistake and (maybe) some translation ones too.
I'll be more than happy to have feedbacks and suggestions.
Here is the translation dictionary I've used:
commit > invia
diff > confronta
merge > fusione / fondi
blame > biasima
log > log
log message > commento
get > ottieni
lock > blocca
checkout > ritira
repository > repository
edit > modifica
delete > elimina
cancel > annulla
