Thanks Stefan, that does fix the speed problem, but of course I can't
see all of the handy icons now. :-(

This did work okay in 1.0.3, is there some way I can have it all again?
  It seems like there might be some funny recursion going on - maybe
TSVN is doing a recursive check on every folder in the file window? Or
perhaps refreshing too frequently. I don't know, but it's certainly
something particular to these non-explorer file windows.
