[TSVN] strange bug?

hey,

i have been using TortoiseSVN for a while and i have recently started experiencing some weird behaviour..

the "Exclude Pattern" in the settings seems to be being completely ignored..
it used to work fine.. and i added a few extra patterns to exclude.. this was working fine.. then one day it stopped working.. i ignored and considered it a nusence and nothing more..
i noticed there was a new version and installed it hoping it may be fixed.. no such luck..
anyone else experienced this problem?

the problem is that when i attempt to commit, it lists all the (thousands) of files that are supposed to be excluded by the "Exclude Pattern" all intermediate files, temp build files, project opions files, source safe files, etc.. quite irritating... can take a while to find the file i'm trying to commit in the list...

thanks
- Manu
