[TSVN] TortoiseSVN 1.0.7

Hello dev,

  I think I found a bug. To repro:

  * type in similar URL as on the attached pic
  * right click on the file
  * choose save as
  * choose a file name
  * click OK

  and you'll get the error message..

  It seems that the file pointing URL is treated as a folder?!?

  Apache 2.0.50 + SSL + DAV seems to get confused over this.
