Additionally, the URLs of the folders when you view the repo URL in a
browser are messed up somewhat (A folder called Databáze appears as
Datab?ze and it's href="Datab%e1ze/". It's definitely broken on my
system. I presume this would happen in TSVN 1.0.8 on my system as well
(I can try if you like).

I'm not *entirely* convinced that the bug doesn't lie with Apache though
(I'm using Apache on Windows). What's your setup Stephen?

I was also about to post an identical screenshot to that :)
