[TSVN] Language packs fixed

All the language packs for 1.0.7 should be fixed now.
There was a bug in ResText which corrupted a dialog resource.

Also, I configured ResText to only _replace_ existing resources and not
to create new ones and delete the old ones. Obviously, deleting
resources doesn't work correctly. I haven't found out why this doesn't
work right yet - but after three hours of bug hunting I'm starting to
believe it's not my fault :-8
