[TSVN] 1.0.7 - Commit Log Message

I recently upgraded from 1.0.6 to 1.0.7, and was very suprised to find that I suddenly could no longer actually do a commit. The "Enter Log Message" dialog came up, but the "Ok" button stayed greyed out.

After 15 minutes, I figured out that my log message now had to be at least 10 characters in length. I tried changing to message length to 0 so I wouldn't have to enter a message at all, but it still requires at least 1 character.

I think you should be able to turn off requiring a message, and I think that the "require minimum log message length" should be off by default.

I think it's a bug - what do you guys think?
