Yep, that's because I didn't upgrade the po files. So these still contain
the old count. That's why there are no translations "missing". The
percentage is calculated against the current pot, that's why there are only
99%.
Calculating the right figures without updating the po files is tricky (if
not impossible). You might get negative numbers, because messages are
stripped from the pot file (maybe I should, just for the statistics).
