At last I found the bug,

I am not sure why msgstr can't contain \" escaping character.
I try to omit that escaping (\") from my po file laid in msgstr,
Every clicking "Setting" is done without crash.
Is there any restrictions like belows?

1. Can't po file msgstr contain \" escaping.
2. Does utf-8 escaping need special treatment around CJC codes?
