Probably you've been bitten by the case insensitivity problem on Windows.
There's absolutely nothing TSVN can do about this. First you have to get
your repository straight. Use the repository browser to check whether you
have two files with "almost" (like Java.jar and jaVa.jar) the same name in
your repository and get rid of the one you don't want.
