[TSVN] object of the same name already exists

hello,
when i try to check out a linux project containing two identical filenames
(one file in capital letters ipt_TCPMSS.h, other file in small letters
ipt_tcpmss.h) i get this error message:

Failed to add file
'C:/tmp/test/kernel/include/linux/netfilter_ipv4/ipt_TCPMSS.h': object of
the same name already exists

After this error message Tortoise stops to checkout the project.
Does anyone have a hint how to handle this problem?
