OK, when I start using "gettext" i18n, I believe it would't matter any more.

I don't have much of experience with "Smart Translator" - could you give me a
hint why it refuses to build the language DLL? May that untranslated/untranslatable strings?
Is it possible to force it to build the DLL?

Well if it's impossible to build the language DLL with "Smart Translator" I would
fall back ro copy & paste.
