Hi Fernando,

we will change the translation system to use gettext. If you are able to
checkout and compile the TSVN sources (especially the ResText module), do
this. Get hold of http://poedit.sourceforge.net and use this tool to
translate the TortoiseSVN messages.

If you cannot compile ResText, drop me a note and I'll mail you the exe
file.
