I cannot reproduce this contextual menu in my system.

If I right-drag a file from non-versioned folder to versioned folder,
I get "Move files in Subversion here" and "Copy files in Subversion
here".

If I right-drag a file from versioned folder to non-versioned folder,
I don't get any Subversion entries.

If I right-drag a file from versioned folder to another versioned
folder, I get "Move files in Subversion here" and "Copy files in Subversion
here".

Using 1200. Maybe you've added or fixed this in a later revision.

I'll translate the 3 sentences as "Copy files here and into
Subversion", "Move files here and into Subversion" and "Add files here
and into Subversion" in Spanish.
