Is there a clean way of disabling the issue tracking dialog for all users of a site wide Eclipse/plugins installation ?
I have no issue with usage tracking as such but our systems have no connection to the internet and never will, so the dialogs are simply not relevant and are just a hinderance.
Thanks in advance
