I do not believe there would be anything we would do to make this work or
not work. It would be up to the SVN API. Assuming you are using JavaHL,
then maybe something has changed in SVN 1.9 .. and that is assuming you are
implying this is something that has worked in prior versions.

You can try SVNKit of course, or you can go back to Subclipse 1.10.x and
try it with SVN 1.8.

Subclipse 1.10 and 1.12 are identical other than the version of the SVN
library being used for the API. If it is a SVN issue, then reporting it on
their users@ list would be best way to do.
