RE: [Subclipse-users] Subclipse Issue 506 - Commit from Synch view does not reflect view selections

I don't see this problem. If I use the "Remove from view" option to remove resources from the Sync view, then those resources don't appear in the commit, regardless of which node I select to commit. If there's some specific scenario that results in a problem, perhaps you can provide some more details?
