Yes, that's what I meant.

JavaHL uses the same default username as SVN command-line tools.

This appears to be cached in

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Subversion\auth\svn.simple

This is controlled by the config option

store-auth-creds

which defaults to 'yes'

[There is a separate option for password storage.]
