I think there are some scenarios where that will happen normally
because SVN opens more than one session to the server. I seem to
recall the "list" API does this, such as when you are in the
Repository Browser. Not sure. If you connect to a site without your
password save it should be easy to tell. Any single logical action
should only prompt once. Anytime you are prompted more than once then
this would happen and they are the types of prompts we are most trying
to avoid.
