As I mentioned it is an Eclipse problem, I was just guessing as to

I do not think that is a problem. You must be installing more than
Subclipse though. None of our plugins are signed and you do not even
see that dialog when installing just Subclipse,

You should expand those categories so you can see what is in them.
You need the Subclipse plugin, the svnClientAdapter plugin and the
JavaHL plugin. Everything else is optional.
