I right-clicked and ran as administrator but still get the same error.
I have attached a screenshot - I see "null" for a possible string value and that may be the problem (circled in screenshot).

"An error occurred while installing the items
  session context was:(profile=SDKProfile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.provisional.p2.engine.phases.Install, operand=null --> [R]com.collabnet.subversion.merge 2.1.0, action=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.touchpoint.eclipse.actions.InstallBundleAction).

  String index out of range: 0"

Quick clarification: When I connect to
Subclipse 1.6.x (Eclipse 3.2+) - http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.6.x

I see

-Core SVNKit library
-Optional JNA Library (recommended)
-Subclipse

I selected only Subclipse - is that ok?
