I think the wiki was basically already saying this. I just did not
name the package as I did not want it to be specific to one package
management system. Nonetheless, I have added the name to the wiki.

I will not add this because it is a bad idea. If you name any command
line arguments, then the ini file is ignore. So now all of the
settings in that file, including the memory settings are going to be
ignored. Editing the ini file is the right way to do this.
