Hi Michael,

Thanks for raising this issue. Since 1.4.x, we've made several changes to
how the enablement of our context menu options is handled. These changes
are intended to be enhancements, fixing problems where options were enabled
when they should not be, but my guess is that the regression that you've
described may have also slipped in with these changes. I'll spend some time
this week trying to figure out exactly what might trigger this problem.
None of the enablement checks that we introduced should involve "expensive"
SVN checks, but it would seem that there must be some situtation(s) where
they do.
