[Subclipse-users] How to report crashes

I'm running into a few situations where Subclipse seems to be causing Eclipse to hang, e.g. issue #1051.

They're usually not reproducible, so I'm wondering: what's the most useful way to report these to you guys? Is there any information I can include that would help? Is the jstack trace useful? Or is there some other info that I can provide?
