Ah. Yes, the project was checked out through TortoiseSVN and then imported into Eclipse. The structure is:
Product
Where the .project defines the various subproject directories as source, and eclipse.classes as the output

i mean did you checkout your projects through eclipse as a project?
So no importing of projects from different locations and or using other tools?
