Someone else recently had similar problem, although they did not
mention Trac plugin. Maybe there are some general problems in Eclipse
3.5 plugin installation?

Subclipse installed just fine, but as soon as I installed the Trac plugin for Mylyn, Subclipse suddenly stopped working: my projects no longer showed the icons for being under version control, and I could not check out new projects from subversion. In fact, I could find no trace of Subclipse anywhere.
