Would a svn sw --relocate work in this situation?

With Subclipse, you should be able to:

- Team > Disconnect on your project
- Delete the SVN meta info
- Team > Share to share your project contents to a new repository location.

Of course with this method, you will lose all revision history for the project. If you actually want to the project with its revisions and import it to another repository, that will be more complicated and cannot be done with Subclipse as far as I know.

I checked out a project from an SVN. Now I want to commit it to another SVN. How do I unregister the project from the first and then register it with another SVN repository?
