With Subclipse, you should be able to:
- Team > Disconnect on your project
- Delete the SVN meta info
- Team > Share to share your project contents to a new repository location.

Of course with this method, you will lose all revision history for the
project. If you actually want to the project with its revisions and import
it to another repository, that will be more complicated and cannot be done
with Subclipse as far as I know.
