Unfortunately it's not. This is been the worry with trying to upgrade SVN in
the first place. We should have looked into running SVN on it's on Apache,
different port from the beginning.
What's your take on the SVN 1.3 to 1.6 jump as a developer? Worth it? I was
hoping for a serious performance boost for common operations (update,
checkout, merge, synchronize) and can't tell how much of that is there. The
merge-tracking alone though might be enough motivation for us.
