Well I tried everything and I figured it out. Bottom line is there is no way but to create new server settings everytime you check out code. And you have to check out code through eclipse only. There is no way to just check out on the command line and then use that in eclipse. Eclipse will not recognize it. Its all pretty bad I would say unless someone else tells me I am wrong.
