[Subclipse-users] Checkout copies itself into each project into navigator

When I checkout code from a repository in it's own project, it also
copies itself into other projects in my Navigator pane. When I try to
remove the unwanted code from projects where I don't need this code, it
also removes the newly checked out project. Rinse and repeat.

I think is what explains the message about updating duplicate
resources...

On Eclipse 3.2, Subclipse 1.1.8...
