[Subclipse-users] JavaHL and SVNKit libraries updated

Not a new Subclipse release, but with the new architecture in
Subclipse 1.4 we can now easily update the libraries we use. JavaHL
has been updated for the just released Subversion 1.5.3 and SVNKit for
the recently released 1.2.0 GA version.
