We originally did that, but due to the problem of the checkbox not
appearing on some systems we changed it. It remembers the setting so
the default is not too important anyway. I believe showing
unversioned files ought to be the default anyway.

From the synch view, we ignore your previous setting and always
default to including unversioned files. I think this is most
consistent with the selection behavior of that view and how options
are intended to be processed. Unversioned items could be removed from
the view if they are not meant to be committed. Or they could just
not be selected to begin with.
