Hi Mark,

        I don't see this problem in Subversive either. All subfolders contained within
the "master" folder that was gotten through the svn:external have their own .svn
and they all present the "external" UI icon. I'm using SVNKit 1.1.4 (r3484) there.
Screenshots and one of the "entries" file from a subfolder attached.
