In theory, this is what I'd have expected you to do:

1) In list of Installed Software, you see SVNKit Library. I'd expect
to select that and click Update. When I do this, it says no updates.
So clearly it is looking at the Subclipse update site, instead of the
one for SVNKit.

What does work in current P2:

1) In list of Available Software, click on the Manage Sites button.
Scroll down until you see the entry for svnkit.com. Check it and
click OK. This adds it to your list of sites.

2) Not select that site and click Install. It finds the version.
Hopefully, once you install it this way future checks for updates will
go back to their site to find them as it does in earlier versions of
Eclipse.
