And I don't have a P2 update manager.

Nor is it possible to view the details of that site.

Export the sites, and the relevant entry is:

   <site name="TMate Software SVNKit 1.2.x Update Site"
url="http://eclipse.svnkit.com/1.2.x/" web="false" selected="false"
local="false"/>
