You have basically described the Eclipse Synchronize view. Open the
view (from the Team grouping). In the view toolbar, start a new
Synchronization. I usually do all SVN projects in my workspace. Then
on the view drop-down menu you can open the schedule and set it to run
automatically every 30 minutes or so.
