Hmmm ... I'm using a Microsoft keyboard/mouse set, so it could very well be. I'm going to load up 3.3.1 (or even 3.4M2) before I lodge a bug report.

That said, I'm a heavy mouse-wheel user in XP (in page-at-a-time mode,
which most apps have bugs with) and have never run into this problem
with any version of Eclipse - currently using a Logitech G5 mouse.
Sounds like your mouse driver is maybe not recognizing the vertical
scrollbar, and trying to be "helpful"..
