Since you have it built, it doesn't matter too much, but what OS? It
is available for most now in a fairly easy form.

Yes, SVNKit should support that no problem. I assume you are using
Subclipse 1.2.3 or later? Trying to remember if there were any
short-lived SVNKit bugs in the past where we issued a new release.
