[Subclipse-users] Package Explorer Icons - blue vs. yellow?

I have a question about the svn repository icons that appear in the package
explorer, next to each resource. Usually, each reasource has a small yellow
cylinder (repository) icon next to it. But my coworker is seeing a small
blue cylinder next to one of his files. I couldn't find the documentation
that said what the difference was. Can anyone help?
