Yes you are correct. When you move something Eclipse fires a hook
event so that we can do the right thing. It does not have the same
thing for a copy. So we do not know a copy happened.

I do not see a lot of activity in the Eclipse team component these
days. I am not optimistic it will ever be addressed. It certainly is
not part of 3.3.
