Do you have a 64-bit version of JavaHL? I think that the libraries used via
JNI have to match the JVM for bits.

What version of Subversion JavaHL do you have installed? It should be 1.4.x
.

At this point it is in Subversion code. If my little comments did not help,
a backtrace that we can give to the Subversion developers might lead
somewhere. I do not know how you get one, I have just seen users provide
them in the past.

Switching to SVNKit should work in the meantime.
