[Subclipse-users] java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Thread attempted to read nesting count of a lock it did not own

Just an update on this.

The problem was so severe that the Eclipse "Job Manager" was hung.
I could cancel the job but the Job Manager continued to show it as running. i.e. the animation continued.

Eclipse then became unresponsive.

I tried shutting down Eclipse but the "canceled subclipse job" was hold it back.

So I had to kill Eclipse from the Task Manager.

On restart, I updated the projects again and everything worked fine.
Strange.
