[Subclipse-users] Subclipse with subversion 1.4.2 on the mac

I noticed that a recent poster was having issues and there was a mac
with 1.4.2 in the picture.

Just an FYI that if you are using Martin Ott's subversion package for
mac, I believe you will find that it doesn't include JavaHL (From
what I can tell, he compiles the libraries in statically and there
are issues with JavaHL when built that way). The Metissian ones
include JavaHL but they are still on 1.3.1. I did not receive any
response when I enquired about an update.

I built a 1.4.2 that includes JavaHL and packaged it up nicely like
the Metissian packages, but I did not figure out how to build it as a
universal binary with universal libraries. It is currently i386 only.
Anyway, this is a bit off topic, but if anyone is interested in
helping me figure this out, I'd be happy to pick up where Metissian
left off and do universal builds and packaging of new subversion
releases for the mac. An even better option might be to figure out
the static JavaHL compiling issues and then Martin could possibly
pick it up in his packages. It only seems to matter to mac subclipse
users - maybe not so off-topic after all. :)
