You are probably using SVNKit, not JavaHL. It is possible that it does not
support the authentication method. You can use 1.3 JavaHL with Subclipse,
you just need the JavaHL library and make sure it is in your
java.library.path. If the command line works, JavaHL will work.

If you use 1.3, you will just need to checkout again since your working
copies were updated to the new 1.4 format.
