You need to enter a URL like:

file:///F/SVN_repos

Or possibly:

file:///F:/SVN_repos

If you have Subclipse 1.1.x installed, then that should be it. If you are
using Subclipse 1.0.3 then you would have to use the JavaHL client interface
(which is the default on Windows anyway).
